EDWARD BOUCHEY
VULCAN- Edward C. Bouchey age 90 of Vulcan died Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Maryhill Manor in Niagara, WI.
He was born on April 29, 1920 in Goodman, the son of the late Peter and Zella (Jarley) Bouchey.
Ed graduated from Norway High School in 1938.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Ed married Edith Branback on September 22, 1945 in Felch. She preceded him in death on June 7, 2004.
He worked for the Cloverland Lumber Company and at Anderson Memorial Hospital in Norway.
Ed was a former member of Bethany Lutheran Church, member of Good Sheppard Lutheran Church, honorary member of the Northland Beagle Club and the Tri-County Snowmobile Club.
Ed is survived by his daughter Sharon (Ray) Hewlett of Norway; grandsons Raymond (Janine) Hewlett of Vulcan and Keith Hewlett of Norway; great grandchildren Keerstin and R.J. Hewlett, Kirsha, Austin and Trent Motto; sister Janet Haase of Arizona; many nieces and nephews.
Ed was preceded in death by his brother Wallace Bouchey.
Family will greet friends on Saturday, July 31 from 10-11 a.m. at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, at 11 a.m. at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway, with Rev. Dr. Michael J. Langlais, pastor of Good Sheppard Lutheran Church, presiding.
Interment will be held at the Norway Township Cemetery.
